1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A partial or full payment must be made to confirm a booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the travel date. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the package policies.

3. Liability

The Travel Agency is not liable for any unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, flight delays, or personal injuries during the trip. Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance.
